Reviewing mentor applications got easier

Mentorship is still in beta, but the review side of it needed catching up. A moderator deciding whether to approve a mentor profile could only see the text fields — no submission date, and no way to see how the profile would actually look once published.

Both are fixed now: each pending application shows when it came in, and a Preview toggle renders it the way a visitor would see it — photo included, if the mentor opted in to show one — before anyone hits approve or reject.
